Earlier this year 2013, 987FM ran a competition together with STA Travels Singapore, to win a trip to Philip Island, Melbourne, Australia. A two weeks trip, volunteering & learning about the life on the island, help build homes for penguins and taking "care" of the koala bears. So i dropped in my audition tape and won myself a trip down south! Making one of my bucket list come true! A life time experience i will never forget!

2 weeks in Philip island , 2 days in the city and 3 days with the Rozz & the 987FM crew. I've learn so much from the trip. Simple things like why you shouldn't take pictures of wildlife animals with flash, how researchers & wildlife biologist study the animals on the island.

If you are given the chance to volunteer for the wildlife, don't even think twice, drop everything and do it! Its an eye-opening, mind-boggling experience!
